The planning notes
Planning wedding photographs at Jericho Terrace.
A practical guide for couples planning a celebration in Mineola, Long Island. Start with the schedule and the spaces you can actually use.
The venue and the photography plan
Jericho Terrace is at 249 Jericho Turnpike in Mineola, New York. Confirm current access details directly with the venue team. Your event’s room, arrival time and permitted portrait areas should drive the photography schedule.
Stolen Heart Media has photographed at Jericho Terrace. This is a planning guide, not a specific wedding gallery or a claim of preferred-vendor status. We are an independent photography business, not affiliated with the venue.
Questions to ask your coordinator
- When can the photography and video team arrive, and where should equipment be unloaded?
- Which spaces are included in our booking for couple and family portraits?
- What indoor option is available if outdoor portraits are not possible?
- Are there restrictions on lighting, tripods or where the team can stand?
- Does the venue need insurance documentation, and when is it due?
- Will any portrait areas be shared with another event?
Protect time for the photographs that matter
Choose a short list of essential family combinations before the wedding. Decide whether couple portraits happen before the ceremony, during cocktail hour or in a separate short break. Share that decision with your coordinator so portraits do not collide with entrances or dinner service.
If your ceremony is somewhere else
Include both addresses in your inquiry. Travel is part of the coverage plan, and the team needs enough time to arrive before the next key moment. A ceremony running late should not leave your family guessing where to meet for photographs.
Photo and video coverage
Our wedding photography and videography packages include options starting at $2,350 for six hours with one photographer and one videographer. Send your date and preliminary schedule for availability and a proposal matched to your event.
