Conferences, galas, launches, award nights, holiday parties. Shot so the photos actually get used, in the recap deck, the press release, the recruiting page and next year's promo, instead of dying in a shared drive.

You book one because marketing needs assets, comms needs a press image tonight, the sponsor needs proof their logo was visible, and recruiting needs a photo that makes the company look like somewhere people want to work.
So we shoot to that brief. Before the day, we ask what each photo has to do. Then we build the shot list backwards from the deliverables: stage wides with clean branding, tight speaker frames without a mic cable through the face, sponsor activations, the networking floor looking busy, and enough real candids that the recap deck doesn't look like a stock library.
Teach-one-thing version: the single most-used corporate event photo is almost always a horizontal of the room from behind the audience with the stage and branding readable. Most photographers take one. We take that frame every time the lighting state changes, so your designer has options at the crop they actually need.

Multi-room agendas, keynotes, breakouts, expo floor, sponsor activations. Two photographers so nothing gets skipped.
Red carpet, step-and-repeat, program, honorees, donor tables. Same-night images for the morning press push.
Product beauty in situ, founder on stage, press interactions, the room reacting to the reveal.
Every handoff, every honoree, framed clean and named correctly so your recap doesn't need a guessing game.
The one internal event people actually want photos of. Candid, flattering, and safe to post on the company feed.
Tight speaker frames, audience reactions, moderator wides, and the branded backdrop shot marketing will ask for.
Book the event and the headshots on the same day. Registration hour is dead time for a photographer and it is the only hour your whole team is in one building wearing something they chose on purpose.
The most under-booked add-on in corporate photographyDate, venue, headcount, and what the photos are actually for. We come back with availability and a flat quote, usually the same day.
A short call to lock the run of show. The five moments you'd be upset to lose get named out loud before anyone picks up a camera.
Two bodies, fast primes, on-camera and off-camera light when the venue is dark. We work the edges, not the middle. Nobody gets herded unless you asked for group shots.
A gallery of selects you can post that week, sized for Instagram, LinkedIn and press. Full edited set inside 14 days.
A two-hour minimum starts at $550 and includes planning, professional editing, a 48-hour first look and commercial usage. Additional photographers, video and multi-room coverage are quoted clearly before booking.
Corporate event photography starts at $275 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Conferences, galas, multi-room agendas, additional crew and video are quoted flat after a short planning consultation.
Yes. On request we deliver a set of edited hero images before the night ends, which is what you need if you are posting live, feeding a press list or briefing a comms team the next morning.
Often the smartest add-on there is. We set up a corner studio during registration or cocktail hour and knock out headshots for everyone who shows up. You get event coverage and an updated team page from one booking.
Yes to the NDA. Yes to the certificate of insurance, most Manhattan venues require one naming them as additional insured, and we handle that directly with the venue.
You get full commercial usage rights to your event photos for marketing, press, recruiting, internal comms and social. We ask only to keep portfolio rights, and we will waive those in writing if your event is confidential.
Yes, that is what the two-photographer setup is for. We split the agenda so the keynote, the breakouts and the networking floor are all covered instead of choosing one.
Date, venue, agenda and what the photos need to do. Flat quote back, usually the same day.
