They are honest starting points. Every booking is quoted flat before you commit, based on hours, headcount, location and deliverables. The number you approve is the number you pay, there is no overtime surprise on the invoice.
A 50% retainer holds your date and the balance is due the week of the event. Cancel more than 30 days out and the retainer transfers to another date within 12 months. Inside 30 days the retainer is non-refundable, because that date has been turned down for other work.
No travel fee inside 40 miles of Downtown Brooklyn, which covers all five boroughs, most of Long Island, lower Westchester and North Jersey. Beyond that, travel is quoted flat and shown on the estimate before you book.
