Commercial real estate, restaurant and hospitality interiors, offices, retail and residential listings. Shot so the space sells itself, with windows you can actually see through. Listings back next business day.

That's it. That's the whole difference between a $150 listing shoot and a real one. In the cheap version every window is a blown-out white rectangle. The view, the light, the reason someone would pay more for that unit, all gone.
The fix is technique, not gear. We shoot a bracketed ambient exposure for the view and flashed frames for the room, then blend them by hand so the interior is clean and the window still shows the street, the skyline, the terrace. Buyers and tenants make decisions on that window.
Second tell, same photo: vertical lines have to be vertical. Tilt the camera up to fit the ceiling in and every wall leans. It reads as amateur before anyone can say why. We shoot level, on a tripod, at a height that matches how the room feels when you walk in.

Office floors, coworking, retail and storefronts, warehouses, medical and dental suites, gyms and studios. Shot for leasing decks, LoopNet and broker packages.
Dining rooms, bars, private event spaces, patios and storefronts. Shot before service with the room reset and the lights up.
Guest rooms, lobbies, amenity floors, event and function spaces. Consistent across a whole property so the site does not look stitched together.
For leasing, recruiting pages and the about page. Works even better booked alongside a team headshot day.
Apartments, condos, co-ops, brownstones, townhouses and new development. Next-day delivery so the listing goes live before the weekend.
Airbnb and short-term rental sets shot to the platform's crop, plus a hero frame built to win the search thumbnail.
For architects, interior designers, contractors and fabricators. Portfolio and awards-submission quality, detail frames included.
Lobbies, roof decks, gyms, lounges and model units. The amenity photos are what actually lease the building.
Event spaces shot empty and dressed, so you can sell the room to the next client. Pairs naturally with our event coverage.

Restaurant interiors are their own discipline. The room has to look full of promise while being completely empty, the bar has to read as somewhere you'd sit, and the whole thing has to be done before staff need the floor back.
So we work a tight window: room reset, house lights on, starting about an hour before dusk so the windows and the interior balance without a fight. Wides for the site and Google, mid-shots for the bar and the banquettes, details for the design story, and a storefront frame for your Google Business Profile, which is the photo most people will actually see first.
The dishes themselves are a different job with different lighting, and that lives at our sister studio Foreign Kollective. Plenty of clients book both on the same day: we shoot the room in the afternoon, they shoot the menu at night.
A listing that goes live Thursday catches the weekend. The same listing live on Monday already lost its best three days. Turnaround is not a convenience, it is part of the price.
Why we deliver next dayPhotography projects start at $200 per hour. We quote your session around the number of people, locations, coverage time and final images you need.
Additional crew, retouching, rush delivery, travel and usage requirements are discussed before booking. Your written proposal confirms what is included and the total cost.
Plus what it is: listing, lease, restaurant, office. We come back with a flat quote and the next available slot, usually the same day.
Lights, blinds, clutter, cars, bins. Thirty minutes of prep does more for the final photos than any amount of editing, and it is the one thing we need from you.
Tripod, corrected verticals, ambient bracketed for the windows and flash for the room. Restaurants and commercial start about an hour before dusk.
Hand-blended, colour-corrected, sized for MLS, StreetEasy, LoopNet or your own site, with the hero frame already picked.
General photography projects start at $200 per hour. Corporate event photography starts at $275 per hour. Wedding photography starts at $1,200 for four hours; six-hour photography and video starts at $2,350. Your proposal confirms coverage, crew, deliverables, travel and payment terms before booking.
Next business day as standard, and same-day rush is available. This is the part most photographers get wrong: a listing that goes live Thursday catches the weekend showings. The same listing live on Monday has already lost its best three days.
Yes, and it is a big part of what we do. Office floors, retail and storefronts, restaurants and bars, warehouses, medical and dental suites, gyms and studios, multifamily buildings and amenity spaces. Commercial shoots are quoted by square footage and how many spaces need covering.
Yes. Restaurant, bar and hospitality interiors are a specialty here. We shoot before service with the house lights on and the room reset, usually starting an hour before dusk so the windows and the interior balance. Note that we shoot the room, the bar and the design. The plated food itself is our sister studio Foreign Kollective's work, and we will happily run both on the same day.
Almost all of New York City is controlled airspace, so honest answer: usually no, and any photographer promising you casual NYC drone shots is either getting authorization you are not being told about or breaking the rules. Where flying is legal, such as much of Long Island, Westchester and North Jersey, we arrange a licensed pilot. In the city we get elevation from rooftops, terraces and neighbouring buildings instead.
Yes, all three as add-ons. Floor plans, virtual staging for empty units, vertical walkthrough video for social and listing sites, and twilight exteriors. Say which ones you want when you send the address.
We send a prep checklist when you book. Short version: lights on and matching bulbs, blinds up, counters and fridge doors clear, toilet seats down, cars off the driveway, bins hidden, and personal photos put away. Thirty minutes of prep is worth more to the final photos than any amount of editing.
You get full usage rights for marketing that property, across listing sites, print, social and email. For brokerages and commercial clients we can extend that to full commercial usage. If a listing changes hands, tell us and we will sort licensing rather than make it awkward.
Square footage, what it is, and when it needs to be live. Flat quote back, usually the same day.
